Mad is for Madeleine, not for my state of mind.
Having said that I am mad about YogalatesTM, Art and Ortho-Bionomy®.

You can join one of my YogalatesTM classes at Lake Spa Wellness Centre Charmhaven or with Platinum Body Fitness, Gwandalan.
If you need some individual attention, make an appointment for a one-on-one session.

Information

It is a good idea to eat two hours before class. Wear comfortable clothing and remove your shoes prior to the class. It is important to bring water to remain hydrated especially during the warmer months. Remember to check with your health care professional if you are rehabilitating or recovering from an injury or illness.
