Experience the fusion of Yoga & Pilates

At work, or at a conference; give yourself and your staff the opportunity to invest some time in developing unity, balance, health and well-being. Choose the style of class to suit your employee needs and fitness level, or contact me to discuss some options.

Corporate rates below are for the local Northern Central Coast area only and based on your provision of the venue.

Investment

Classes for 5 - 7 people $18 pp. per hour
Classes for 8 – 12 people $15 pp. per hour
Private sessions for up to 4 people $90 per hour
Corporate classes for 12 + people $150 per hour

• Information on health and fitness of participants is required prior to class participation
• Equipment supplied for up to twelve people

Madeleine Sheldon is an accredited Solomon YogalatesTM Teacher.
Classes allow for different levels of fitness & include modifications for postures & exercises. Do check with your health care professional if you are recovering or rehabilitating from an injury or illness.

What suits your needs?

Stretch and Strengthen

Centring, warming, gentle stretching and strengthening for tight or weak muscles, core muscle awareness & activation, breathing, guided relaxation.
Good for those looking for a general style of class to stretch and strengthen specific muscle groups.

Revitalise

Centring, breathing to "wake up" the breath, warming sequences to suit your level of fitness: working safely from gentle to "Power YogalatesTM, breathing techniques to revitalise the mind and body.
This will help to "wake up" the body and nervous system, help you to focus and prepare for the day ahead. This class is for the relatively fit & practice is not recommended for those suffering from HBP or anxiety.

Relax and Renew

Centring, breathing techniques to initiate the relaxation response, gentle stretching for tired or tight muscles, restorative postures to help relax the mind and body, guided meditation & or relaxation. Beneficial for those wishing to relax, those suffering from jet lag or having trouble sleeping.

Pain Relief

A one-on-one Ortho-Bionomy session for gentle but effective body therapy, to ease pain and discomfort. Or a self-care session, as a group, to learn how to release tight muscles and aching joints.

Information

It is a good idea to eat two hours before class. Wear comfortable clothing and remove your shoes prior to the class. It is important to bring water to remain hydrated especially during the warmer months. Remember to check with your health care professional if you are rehabilitating or recovering from an injury or illness.
